Description The iconic holy grail bag is the Chanel Classic Flap. Coveted for its simplicity and elegance – woven chain double strap that can be worn short or long, turnlock CC clasp, lambskin interior. This is the single size classic flap, allowing for a spacious center compartment. Two side pockets, one open and one zipped for storing very small valuables or coins. Single flaps are lighter than a double flap and carry more, and are no longer made. This is the previous model of the single flap, a “hybrid” that includes many coveted vintage attributes, including a chunkier chain, 24k gold plated hardware, a more structured, firm body, puffy diamond quilts and thick screw-on top grommets. Chanel fans love this generation due to the structured look and substantial craftsmanship. Very difficult to find in great condition. In White caviar leather and 24k gold plated hardware. In caviar leather, the classic flap is durable with the pebbled grain nodes of calfskin leather. This item is in pristine, like-new condition with virtually no signs of wear. It looks like it was carried less than a handful of times, if at all. Corners are clean with no rubbing or scuffing. Hardware is clean and shiny. It is a deep, yellow 24k gold plated hardware which is impossible now to find in stores as it is no longer produced. Interior is clean.
